We will prepare authentic Roman Jewish style food together focusing on traditional Jewish specialties and recipes.

Learn how to prepare a selection of authentic Roman Jewish dishes in the very heart of Rome. Enjoy the food you prepare, accompanied by a glass of Italian wine in our beautiful, cozy and welcoming cooking space, overlooking the famous Tiber River.

Roman Jewish Cooking Experience includes:
A welcome drink and appetizer
A work station for each participant including the work plan, apron, a rolling pin and a chef’s hat
Theoretical and practical Jewish cuisine experience provided by a Roman Jewish chef

Your self-made meal, accompanied by red/white wine or soft drink, water and coffee
