The meeting point of the tour will be directly at the place where the class will be carried out. There you will meet with your local chef expert in Italian cuisine and begin this one of a kind experience into an all-time favourite dish of the Italian cuisine! No skillset is required for this activity – so no matter if you’re a beginner or a pro at cooking, uncover some of the secrets of pasta making with us!
Learn how to roll, shape and create the delicious pasta dough that makes up our so loved plates of pasta. You will be taught by your own private chef how to cook your favourite dish of pasta like a true and authentic Italian. During the class you will have so much fun while making fresh pasta! Prepare to dive into traditional Italian recipes that you will be able to share with all your friends and family when you back home!
Upon finishing the lesson, you will feast your eyes on a glass of prosecco with an Italian bruschetta on the side, your freshly homemade plate of pasta, meatballs in tomato sauce and saltimbocca in Roman style, a typical local dessert as Tiramisù – all of which accompanied by red/white wine or water!
