CORONA VIRUS POLICY
Please know that it is our foremost interest to make sure that you and your family are safe. Italy has been declared a red zone, so schools, museums, cinemas and theatres will remain closed. All the new provisions are valid from March 10th until April 3rd.
All cancelled classes within this period will have only the bank and administration fee in order to process the refund.
All other cancellations outside this period and made before the 72-hour deadline have the full effect of our Cancellation Policy. See below.
Please read and understood the terms and conditions before booking a class. Paying and booking means you have understood and that you agree to all terms and conditions.

Cancelling a booking with Rome Cooking Workshops results in cancellation fees, as outlined below. When cancelling any booking, you will be notified via email of the successful cancellation and cancellation fees incurred
If you have confirmed a cooking class during high season (Easter, June to September & Christmas season) we operate a strict no refund policy for cancellations made within 48 hours of the cooking class date
During low season, we operate a strict no refund policy for cancellations made within 72 hours of the cooking class date.
For tours/services booked last minute (24 hours or less) strictly no refunds will be given.
Cancellation must be made within the established deadline before the service. No partial refunds will be given.
Cancellations must be communicated via e-mail at email@example.com You will be notified via email of the successful cancellation and fees incurred. If you don´t receive a response, your cancellation is not valid. Please call, text or WhatsApp us at +39 327 8705610, during office hours – 9AM to 5PM Rome time.
Cancellations made within the deadline, are subject to an administrative fee of 20% of the total fees.
All cooking classes are on, rain or shine. We will cook and eat whatever it takes!
There are no partial refunds, for whatever reason, once a tour has commenced. So if you need to clear things or have issues, call us as soon as possible. We will not consider refund requests after a class has been completed.
Full and partial refunds are only offered at the discretion of the management.
